Zac Friberg, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Zac Friberg, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience with a passion for integrative, functional, and preventive medicine. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, he helps patients move beyond symptom management toward optimized health, renewed energy, and long-term wellness through personalized, whole-person care.
His approach blends lifestyle medicine with evidence-based care to look beyond symptoms and identify underlying factors influencing health, including nutrition, gut health and the gut-brain connection, movement, stress physiology, metabolic and hormone balance, mental and spiritual well-being, and advanced integrative therapies when appropriate. Known for his compassionate manner and clear, practical guidance, Zac values building trusted relationships and helping patients make sense of complex health concerns. He believes the best outcomes happen when patients are informed, empowered, and actively engaged in their healing journey.
Zac sees health as more than a destination—it is an ongoing process of growth, resilience, and alignment in body, mind, and spirit. He has a strong appreciation for how nervous system balance, restorative rhythms, and meaningful connection can profoundly influence healing and quality of life. Outside of work, he enjoys staying grounded in faith, spending time with his amazing wife, children, family, and friends, sharing laughter, running, enjoying wholesome foods, and spending time outdoors—especially near lakes, rivers, and the mountains where the stars are plentiful. He is passionate about helping patients feel their best, thrive in daily life, and build a foundation for lasting wellness.
